Our mission is to provide exceptional mental health and substance use treatment to all people.
When we founded Cascade Counseling and Consulting, we set out to create something more than just a mental health clinic. We envisioned a space where people felt seen, supported, and empowered — a place rooted in compassion, equity, and connection.
As we’ve grown, we’ve remained committed to that vision: to provide exceptional, accessible care that truly reflects the needs of our community. And now, as we enter this next chapter, we’re proud to introduce Cascade Wellness Center with renewed clarity and purpose.
This rebrand isn’t just about a new look — it’s about recommitting to the heart of our work.
Through thoughtful reflection and meaningful conversations with our team and community, we’ve identified three foundational pillars that guide everything we do:
Access. Respect. Community.
These values are more than guiding principles — they are the lens through which we make decisions, design services, and care for each individual who walks through our doors.
We intentionally offer a wide range of services — from individual therapy for children, teens, and adults to family counseling, couples therapy, medication management, eco-therapy, and equine-facilitated sessions. Every offering is designed with care and purpose, to meet people where they are and walk alongside them as they grow and heal.
We’re incredibly proud of what Cascade Wellness Center has become — and even more excited about where we’re going.
Thank you for trusting us.
Thank you for believing in this work.
We’re honored to walk this path with you.
At Cascade Wellness Center, we believe that mental health care should be accessible — to everyone. We work to reduce barriers that prevent people from getting support, whether it’s navigating insurance, overcoming transportation issues, or addressing cultural stigma. Our team is here to meet you where you are, ensuring that care is available, affordable, and affirming. Because everyone deserves to feel better, and no one should be left behind.
Respect is the foundation of our relationships — with clients, with each other, and with ourselves. We foster an environment where every individual is seen, heard, and valued. Our approach is trauma-informed and rooted in cultural humility, honoring each person’s unique experience. Respect is reflected in how we listen, how we lead, and how we show up every day.
We are deeply rooted in the communities we serve — and we believe that healing happens in connection. From sponsoring local schools to hosting community drives, we believe in giving back and lifting others up. Inside the clinic, we support each other’s growth and celebrate collective wins. We’re not just a mental health center — we’re part of something bigger, and we’re building it together.
