Cascade Counseling & Wellness is hiring to support our growing outpatient mental health clinic. We serve children, adolescents, adults, and families across Clackamas County and surrounding communities through in-person and telehealth services.

We are a state-credentialed mental health clinic (COA), not a private practice, and we prioritize high-quality care, ethical practice, and clinician sustainability.

Salary/rate

Wage potential based off 30 clinical hours/week + paid admin time
Associates: $81,130 - $95,170
Licensed: $107,650 - $138,850

Qualifications

• Licensed Clinicians (LCSW, LPC, LMFT, or equivalent)
• Associate Clinicians (CSWA, Professional Counselor Associate, Marriage & Family Therapy Associate, or equivalent)
• Eligible for supervision under Oregon regulations
• Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage & Family Therapy, or related field
• Ability to complete clinical documentation in a timely and ethical manner
• Eligibility to work in Oregon

Responsibilities

• Provide individual and family therapy to children and adolescents and adults
• Complete assessments, diagnoses, and treatment plans
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
• Collaborate with caregivers, schools, and other providers as appropriate
• Participate in supervision, consultation, and team meetings

Schedule & Work Setting

• In-person and/or telehealth opportunities are available
• Daytime availability required; some after-school or evening hours preferred
• Full-time and part-time options available based on availability and fit
