As a young girl, Heather lived in multiple military towns before her family settled in Alabama. This is where she grew up and received her Bachelors in Social Work. Heather moved to Oregon in 2000 and received her Masters in Social Work from Walla Walla University in 2001. Heather has worked with families and individuals for more than twenty years as a social worker. Heather is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) and is certified in Perinatal Mental Health. She enjoys working with new parents and supporting families with young children. She has worked for non-profits, in schools and hospital settings, and has experience with young parents involved with foster care, juvenile courts, and survivors of intimate partner violence. She is passionate about life and the power within all individuals and families to live the life they desire. Whether your experiences are rooted in rural or urban settings, she provides a therapeutic space that is non-judgmental and compassionate. Heather uses multiple treatment modalities that are individualized to meet your needs. Heather is a mother and grandmother and enjoys spending time with her family and friends outdoors, exploring new and familiar places, and being near water. Heather is currently working with clients 16+ and their families.

Heather provides telehealth and in-person services, both in our West Linn office and eco-therapy services at our farm.
