In this role, you will provide high-quality, client-centered care while maintaining professional standards and documentation:
- Conduct comprehensive assessments, treatment planning, and timely documentation
- Utilize electronic health records for scheduling, documentation, and case management
- Provide individual therapy and coordinate care as needed
- Maintain accurate and compliant client records
- Respond to client communication in a timely, professional manner
- Participate in supervision (for associates) and team meetings
- Collaborate effectively with leadership and administrative staff

- Currently licensed or credentialed with the appropriate Oregon board (LCSW, CSWA, LPC, Professional Counselor Associate, or equivalent)
Child and Family Therapist
We're seeking clinicians who have experience working with children (ages 5–18), adolescents, and families and are committed to providing compassionate, evidence-based care.
What we're looking for:
- Associate or independently licensed therapist
- Experience providing therapy to children, teens, and families
- Passion for relationship-centered, trauma-informed care
- Collaborative mindset and desire to continue growing clinically
