Nicole Carter MN, APRN, AGCNS-BC, CNS-PP, CMSRN is a board-certified advanced practice registered nurse dedicated to providing high-quality, patient-centered care for individuals seeking weight loss support. Nicole began her nursing career in 2003 and went on to earn her Master of Science in Nursing from Purdue University in 2013. With two decades of experience, she brings both clinical expertise and a deep understanding of the real-world challenges people face on their health and wellness journeys. Nicole recognizes that starting or maintaining new treatments can feel overwhelming and often leads to questions or uncertainty. Nicole partners closely with her patients—listening to their concerns, addressing questions, and finding practical, sustainable solutions together. Passionate about the transformative potential of GLP-1 therapy, Nicole believes these medications can be truly life-changing when approached safely and thoughtfully. Her goal is to help patients access treatment that is personalized, effective, and empowering—supporting not only weight loss outcomes but also improved confidence, energy, and overall quality of life. A native Oregonian, Nicole enjoys spending time outdoors exploring the beauty of the Pacific Northwest with her family. They love camping, hiking, and discovering new adventures together.
