Veronica is originally from San Diego, CA, and has been living in Portland, OR for nearly 10 years. With over a decade of experience in the field, Veronica recently graduated with her Masters Degree in Social Work (MSW) and has extensive experience supporting children, transitional-aged youth, adults, and families across diverse populations and settings. Her approach is grounded in humanistic values, focusing on individual strengths, autonomy, and the capacity for growth. She believes that people are inherently good and do well if they can, and she strives to see each person beyond behaviors, symptoms, or diagnoses. Veronica offers a supportive and non-judgmental environment and is dedicated to creating a collaborative and safe space where clients can explore their thoughts and emotions. Out of the office, she is an avid sports fan, especially of baseball and football. She enjoys cooking, camping, golfing, and bowling in her free time. Veronica is a QMHP, and works under direct supervision. She currently works with clients ages 8+ and their families.
